Core Policy

| All rebuilt heads are sold on exchange basis. Cores must be accompanied
with a core tag or invoice number. All cores must be complete as sold. All
cores must be evaluated before a refund can be made. A minimum half refund
is guaranteed on all complete cores returned. |
Freight Policy
|
| All heads purchased are sold plus freight. F.O.B. Portland, OR. Freight on cores returned is the responsibility of the purchaser. |
Warranty Policy
|
| All cylinder heads purchased from Aluminum Head Rebuilders come with a 1-year, 12,000 mile warranty. All warranty claims paid are based on $50 per hour Mitchell flat rate. Labor claims only paid on first six months of warranty. Replacement only warranty on hydraulic filters (no labor claims paid). Total cost of warranty may not exceed the cost of the original purchase. |

| All returns are subject to 20% re-stocking charge. Returns after 30 days from date of invoice can be returned for credit only. |
